CL Irish dating programme Bone, id as human, no. 6/6A (2), from Poulawack, Co Clare, Ireland. Subm A L Brindley and J N Lanting, BAI Groningen, 1990-1. Comment (subm): Sample is from twin or double cist, 55cm above OGS, Grave 6 with cremated bones of a young male and unburnt remains of adolescent (the source of this sample) and a child. Cairn contained 7 cists with 13 inhumations and 2 cremations, and 1 inhumation without a cist. Dates produced in Groningen gave middle Neolithic for bones from primary cist, MBA for those from secondary cists. The OxA series is convincing.
